New Product Announcement: GSTX1205-9.6MHz-X
Guaranty Source Company Limited ( GSL ) is pleased to announce the global release of a high precision VCTCXO with six levels of frequency stability choices from -40C to 85C operating temperature range. Customers can select from +/- 120 ppb, +/- 140 ppb, +/- 180 ppb, +/- 200 ppb, +/- 220 ppb, and +/- 280 ppb whereby the frequency at a given temperature operating point is referenced to the average between the maximum and minimum frequency peaks [ ( Fmax + Fmin ) / 2 ].
GSTX1205-9.6MHz-X represents a 5x7 mm SMD VCTCXO that is always in continuous production for various customers under different part numbers depending upon specific frequency stability requirements.
The GSTX1205-9.6MHz-X offers better than +/- 1 ppm long term aging as projected using industry standard curve fitting methodologies. The VCTCXO offers better than +/- 5 ppm electronic frequency adjustment range and, typical phase noise of the clipped sine output signal is consistently -150 dBc/Hz at 10KHz offset from the carrier.
Typical current drain with a 5V power supply is 1.346 mA. Typical frequency tolerance at 2.1 volt center control voltage is + 0.155 ppm, and TOTAL control voltage range spans from 0.6V minimum to 3.6V maximum.
